book worm

UDS had the pleasure of creating a wedding for a wonderful couple from Antigua.  We meet with them once and they shared with us their love of books and nature as they book worked in the forestry profession.  The rest was up to us.  The first time they saw anything was when they arrived, and they loved it.    Thanks for trusting us to make your wedding day memorable!

Bouquet

We love when brides like to push the envelope and step out of the box.  Brooches have made a big comeback as many brides add them into their bouquets.  We had the pleasure of creating this bouquet with brooches that the bride collected from friends and family.  A combination of vintage brooches, earrings, pins, rings and bracelets, we spent days wiring and arranging to create this show stopping bouquet that captured everything and everyone that was important to her on her wedding day.  It was our pleasure.

Winter Wonderland

As the Holidays approached, winter wedding became our focus. This bride wanted to bring the winter feeling indoors but without the expected christmas feeling.  The mood was to be a wintery evening as you cozied up in front of the fireplace.  We "built" beautiful iced trees that we used for the ceremony and around the room for the reception.  The centerpieces alternated around the room massed with candles and flowers all in white.  The room was illuminated in a rich amber to create that cozy, romantic feeling.

shower

A shower isn't tissue paper bells and wicker chairs anymore.  More and more brides are taking a more modern approach to the traditional celebration.  This shower took place at a great modern restaurant so the decor was simple and clean but still encompassed the brides vision with custom place cards and menus that urban design studio created.  And what's more dramatic than a combination of potted and cut orchids !
